"Front desk staff was friendly but there wasn't much they could do! The wifi was TERRIBLE in my room, every single morning I would wake up with a big "thump" on the wall because of noisy cleaning staff (from top floor to next door), some of the light plugs didn't work so the room stayed dark (and this is a junior suite!) and simply no amenities. If you need wifi, don't stay here."
