« No heater, no carpet or slippers for cold floors, no proper toiletries just soap, blanket with women's hair, uncleaned kettle, no wifi password given, other than being on prime location this is one of the worst hotel i have ever stayed as per the amount paid. The manager making excuses of no electricity during 2PM everyday on checkin time and asking guests to cancel so that they can rent rooms on higher price to other guests during peak crowd. This hotel should be 1 star nothing more. »

« Very very bad experience and that too on the last day of the year. They were not ready to honour the web booking and were ready to give a written letter to that effect. Ultimately good sense prevailed and we checked in. Mediocre rooms and facilities. You must double check the properties and hotels before you put on your website. »

« First They said, they don't book through expedia. Then they moved me some other location in Kufri which 1.25 hour apart. After 1 day stay, they said, I have to move further. then I canceled my stay after spending 3 hours on call with Expedia and Hotel sales team. »
