The condo was perfect for us. Our kids, 14, 12, and 10, had a blast in the pool and ocean. The boogie boards were so fun to have and provided for hours of entertainment. The location was spectacular. We loved the beach - it was so quiet and peaceful and you can’t beat the view. There were several restaurants around for us to visit, but we also enjoyed the kitchen in the condo for most of our breakfasts and lunches. We walked along the beach to restaurants, got fresh fruit from the fruit stand around the corner, beach combed for seashells, and enjoyed watching pelicans diving for fish just off the beach. Very relaxing. We were sad to leave. The beach itself is not a white sand beach. The sand is a bit coarse and the waves can be quite big, but that's like most beaches in Costa Rica. It's a very short hop into nearby beaches like Flamingo, Panco, and Prieta for those who want the white sand variety. Overall an amazing stay.
