Booked the property three months in advance. The host, Mariela, was extremely helpful getting everything set up. Received the check-in instructions about 72 hours before we arrived in Costa Rica. House was just as advertised, pictures were perfect. Mariela checked in the first two days to make sure we were good, we had everything that we needed. Kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook all of your own meals. The area was very safe with quick access to the beach by way of a golf cart (be aware that the roads in the neighborhood are dirt, expect to get dusty!).
