The room was clean and spacious with a small, well appointed kitchenette and separate bathroom, toilet and shower. We were also able to park right outside our room for 30.00 a night. There was no noise from other residents inside the property and just some brief noise outside one morning when a recyclling truck arrived outside our room window. The location is fantastic, next to the river and set amongst trees. It was a 5 minute walk along the riverside path to the gondola station, and a few minutes beyond that to Telluride's shops, bars and restaurants. The staff were also great, and Ryan in particular was really helpful both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay again. ##### William C.
