It's older and small as we expected but we loved the convenient location to the river and gondola. It was relatively quiet and comfortable inside. What we did not love was the lack of a/c - not that we needed it if we could have kept the windows open, but we could not. The smell of pot being smoked outside our window was so overwhelming we had to keep the windows closed and rely on a cheap fan to sleep. I slept ok but my wife was too hot to sleep at night. The other negative is parking - be aware they do not have enough spaces for their units, so if you move your car during the day, you may have to then park in an overflow offsite parking lot. ##### Ron B. The buildings are old, outdated, and there is minimal service provided---no room service for the price, have to seek out extra supplies for the rooms if needed, both rooms had faint odor of cigarette smoke. I would think for the price charged there would be more amenities.
