Poor communication

Long day of hiking and arrive at our room at 9:00 PM to find we had no hot water and no communication from staff. Met several others staying at the hotel who told us there was an issue. Waited 1/2 hours at front desk to hear that there was no planned solution until next day. Woke up to no hot water. Made for a very unpleasant day.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were just surprised that we didn’t have a kitchen because it was on our vrbo listing.
