There is a good selection of food served and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is beautiful with lots of things to do close by. Not an overly friendly welcome with first request for payment. Ate in the pub but a bit disappointed with service, food and drinks. It's very close to some of the Iron bridge attractions, close to the river Severn, and within fairly easy walking distance to the town centre. The room we had was a family room, so more than big enough for us. There was no air conditioning, but a large ceiling fan kept the room cool . Travelling on my own I felt safe at the accommodation and it was a lovely stay. The food at the pub is amazing and all the staff so friendly and helpful. The room was very cute and had everything that I needed, including a small fridge that was a bonus as it was very hot and kept my water cool. Parking is next to the pub and had no issues.
