The room was nicely kept and cleaned daily. Air conditioning units are in each room and were controlled by us, which made us even more comfortable. The overall stay was a 10/10\. We really enjoyed our stay at the Conch On Inn. The owners are wonderful people who treat you like family. This was especially evident in how they interacted with my two boys. The enjoyed sitting by the channeling and watering the Manatee that were there every day during our stay in early April. Gave a great orientation to the area for a new visitor. Very responsive and friendly. Metal bed was firm and somewhat creaky but slept fine. Patio seating was ample and comfortable. Fridge and microwave were higher quality and well maintained. It is a quaint little place with plenty of character. It was like our own little paradise. Best of all, we were able to bring our dog with us. The owners are present and very welcoming and attentive. The motel welcomes pets as the owners have four rescue dogs - all very well behaved. Cindy was so very welcoming and helpful with suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The rooms are small and very basic but comfortable. The one thing I really missed was having a coffee maker in the room. This would be a welcome addition to the room.
