"Nice property, sadly, they are over used and under maintained. We had a broken refrigerator, bad A/C and the bathroom wasn’t clean."

"Ovetall, this property does give you the typical Florida keys charm and is very cute. Fun outdoor games for families, kayaks and bikes were lovely. The pool they could not keep clean with iguana poop and debris all 3 nights we were there but the one day we used it, it was lovely. The room: The 2 beds were king size which is practically unheard of and to our surprise, the room was huge. Decorated tastefully, night stand was wonky and wobbly but overall the room was great! Inalso fid not hear my neighbors. I wish they had better quality bath towels for the price and quieter AC. Also they use real keyes for doors still. The staff was pleasant, parking was great and if you’re a boater, this property offers dockage and a launching pad , so very convenient for water toys. I wish the continental breakfast wad a nice bonus but should offer healthy options like yogurt and 2-3 types of fresh fruits. Lots of the items were unhealthy packaged options Location: pretty good - I prefer Key Largo over Tavenier and see this property as a back up if our other 2 hotels are booked or priced much hire! The views 10/10!!"

"The hostess/ staff was amazing! Walking the property check in and making sure everyone had their needs met. She even decorated and brought a cupcake for my husband as we were celebrating his birthday. Very thoughtful! Very clean and enjoyable place. Love the quiet no kids, relaxing vibe! Kayaking and paddle boarding along the coast was great too. The sunsets from the property were amazing!"

"We had a great week at this home. The home is exactly as the listing describes. The setting is private; we hardly saw another person the whole week. The house was well cleaned and cared for. We did have a couple of maintenance issues when we first arrived, and the host attended to them immediately. If you like to fish or to see fish, there were often many surrounding the dock. Good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The pre-trip and during-trip communication was exceptional."

"We enjoyed our visit. The apartment was clean. Had everything we needed. Loved all the decorations. Loved the shower. A pull down shower head would be the only improvement I personally would make. Bed was very comfortable. Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful pool on property. Enjoyed the onsite cafe, there was live entertainment and the food and drinks were great."
