Simply set up to sleep up to 8 guests. Privately located down a right of way, open plan living, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, over two levels, set up with the basics for a simple & easy summer holiday! The property is centrally located 2 mins drive Mt Maunganui\`s main Shopping/ Dinning Hub, an easy drive to the popular Mount Surf Beach & across the road from Blake Park sports venue. Simply set up & can sleep up to 8 guests. Easy Family Friendly home, two levels, located down a private right of way with off street parking for up to 2 vehicles. Shared concrete parking area. (Separate attached occupied unit on ground floor). Comfortable living/ Kitchen area with WIFI, smart tv & heat pump. Kitchen includes oven, microwave, fridge freezer & basic cooking essentials. Bathroom has bath over shower. Washing machine available. Bedrooms are a generous size, with bed linen & bath towels provided. L1 - Master Bedroom with King size bed. L1 - Second room with 2x single size beds. (1 pull out bed) G Floor - Third room with two single beds. (1 pull out bed) G Floor - Forth room with Queen size bed. Outdoors - you\`ll find a sunny patio with bbq & lounge set available. \*Separate attached occupied unit on ground floor. Noise / Quiet Hours Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Respect our neighbours: no loud music, shouting, or group gatherings. Strict noise control policy applies during quiet hours (including no music). Smoking / Vaping/ Alcohol No smoking or vaping inside the property. If permitted outside: use the ashtray / bin and clean up properly. Heavy drinking is not permitted at the property.
