Three Beautiful Bedrooms: Each bedroom is a cozy haven designed for relaxation and ensuring there is space for all to unwind. The master suite boasts a plush king-size bed. The two additional bedrooms feature a Queen and Double beds.

Spacious Living Areas: The open-concept living and dining areas provide plenty of room for everyone to gather. The living room, with its comfortable seating and incredible views and super comfy seating. The dining area is ideal for enjoying meals together or hosting a family game night.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Whether you`re a culinary enthusiast or just looking to prepare a quick meal, our kitchen has you covered. It includes modern appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as all the utensils and cookware you might need.

Outdoor Space: Step outside to enjoy our private backyard oasis. The outdoor area features a spacious patio with comfortable seating.

Additional Amenities: We’ve thought of everything to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The house includes high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating (fireplace), and a washer machine for your convenience. We also provide fresh linens, and towels, so you can focus on enjoying your time away.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES - Unless confirmed in advance via the Guest Portal link, check-in is 3.00pm, and check-out is before 10:00am on your final day. Cleaning rosters are set a week in advance and the team start at 10:00am, thank you.


LINEN - Please strip the sheets and pillows placing them in the bathroom together with bath and kitchen towels and cloths. Please do not strip duvets as they are washed separately. (No need to wash any linen please as this is done professionally).


BBQ - If a BBQ is provided and used, please ensure you clean it prior to departure or a $50 fee will be incurred. We have provided everything required to clean it in the blue cube.


KITCHEN - If a dishwasher is provided please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. Alternatively please handwash your dishes and put them away. Please do not turn the fridge/freezer off.


RUBBISH - Two bags and a recycling bin are provided free of charge. These are located under the kitchen sink, with bins outside. Any surplus rubbish, please leave in rubbish bags beside the bins. Please contact us if this is an issue for any reason.


BEFORE LEAVING - Please check that all doors are locked and windows are shut, lights, electric blankets, the heat pump and/or heaters are turned off, and return the key to the lockbox. Please double check the house, and lawns before leaving as we often find lost property. Any lost property will be kept for a maximum of 3 weeks before being discarded. We will happily courier any lost property back to you - if requested, a postage and handling fee will be incurred.


DAMAGE OR MAINTENANCE ISSUES - Please report any accidental property damage or maintenance issues as you come across them and prior to departure so that we can resolve issues before our next guests arrive.


FEES - Unfortunately a $50 fee will be incurred to cover any extra cleaning required due to any of the above rules not being followed.

The location was perfect; close to everything, quiet area, and amazing view! Communication/responses were quick and check in was a breeze. Home was very clean, stylishly decorated, beds comfortable, and was well stocked with everything you'd need during travel (towels, nice shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, good smelling laundry detergent, dryer a big plus!). The patios were really nice as well. Highly recommend, we wished we stayed longer.
