"One thing I would say is. If you are going to tell you staff members off at breakfast. Don't do it in plain site for me to see. The poor staff member looked down after that. Another thing..... Boiled potatoes at breakfast. No.. Hash browns or none at all!"

"We arrived slightly before 3pm and were charged £10 extra to get into the room which was ready. All of the draft beers at the Sky Bar were not working. The only Bottled beer was Peroni, everything else had sold out. The room was. I’ve and the bed comfortable. The car park next door had closed. The nearest one is only 2-3mins round the corner. The discount code is great. Breakfast is nice, however they have lost the lid to the pan they serve hash browns in, so each morning these were cold. On the last morning they lost our breakfast reservation that I had pre-paid for. It’s a nice enough hotel but there’s certainly better in Liverpool for the money. "
