The staff are always fantastic at this hotel and the communal areas are lovely. The rooms are a little tired and the fridge in our room didn’t work (we were only here for work for one night so we didn’t report this) but overall the hotel is lovely and the location is brilliant for our needs.

Rooms are quite small but perfectly adequate and comfortable for 2 people. Ensuites are "pods" installed in the rooms and so are small but useable. Staff are all excellent, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and hot food was hot, not lukewarm as in so many other hotels. ...

First class. Lovely building, great breakfast, staff extremely helpful. Location totally amazing, restaurants, museums, close to city. Would stay here again anytime. One advice, whilst rooms were very nice, could not hear your neighbours tv, toilet flush etc total peaceful, if a light sleeper request ...
