"Waterpark is ok, but food is terrible "

"Great facility, excellent pool, but not enough seats. Air conditioner in the room was blowing 88F. No reaction from staff. Had to call everyone to get a replacement room. No overnight desk service. Found a hair in the food, disgusting. Parking is ok. No EV charger. Resort needs better management. "

"Owner was very accommodating for us and upon arrival the place was so clean, warm and inviting. Everything was thought of and we didn't need to bring anything but us and clothes! We will be coming back for sure, with the pup this time! "

"Both bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. The amenities were amazing and we really liked the bathroom’s heating system. The dome is very safe and comfortable despite the strong wind, cold, rain and snow. The checkout cleaning process is a little bit too much though. We appreciate we could find such a nice place to spend our holidays with our furry friend!"
