New floors & fresh paint throughout. Very comfortable, single level home located directly opposite pristine Googleys Inlet with water views from the living area, master bedroom & the spacious front deck. Located within a few minutes walk to the picnic area, boat ramp, park & kids playground with the waters edge directly across the road just 25m from the house. A well stocked general store, bottle shop & takeaway are just round the corner & Scenic, Pilot & South beaches a few minutes drive up the road. For all your other holiday supplies, the larger township of Laurieton is a five minute drive away. Sleeps 7\. Beds consists of 3 x Queen beds & 1 x King Single bed. The house is in a lovely spot but is managed very badly. Dunbogen was our choice this time. What a lovely clean open plan cottage. Living area for breakfast and dinner was great, looking out onto the water. Kitchens facilities were clean and well equipped with bedrooms away from entertaining area. Boys kicked their footy around large backyard for our time out. Spacious deck out front for those enjoyable moments relaxing and taking in the fantastic view whilst entertaining. One of the best features Pop liked was the large comfy sofa in lounge room.
