Own parking in front of the house, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are of course. The rooms are spread over two, each about 40 square meters, floors. On the ground floor is a spacious living room, which is connected via a wide hatch with the kitchen. The sun illuminates the living rooms throughout the day. The kitchen is equipped with a cozy table made of a thick tree trunk plate, where even in bad weather a fun day can be spent with the children playing cards. It is fully furnished with fridge incl. Freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, cutlery etc. It is adjoined by the rear terrace. The ceramic tiles spread comfort, and with an extended breakfast in the morning sun, the anticipation of the day grows. In the living room there is an inviting "Lümmel" -Couch, opposite the (Sat) TV. On the first floor are the bedrooms: a bedroom with single beds (beds are of course also compiled as a double bed if required) and a bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed. A door leads to the small covered patio. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are of course available and included in the price. LOCATION OF CASA OLEA and activities Vabriga is a prosperous community on the Istrian peninsula. Located between Novigrad and Porec on the sea, it is located just outside the "tourist centers". Here there is still peace and relaxation. The place is easy to reach by traffic. The daily necessities and various restaurants can be found in the vicinity, urgent can conveniently buy everything they need for daily needs in the Tommy market 2 km away. It is more tranquil on the road to Lanterna, where various kiosks offer local produce and sun-ripened fruit The "Casa Olea" is located on the edge of the village, 800 meters from the picturesque fishing port (with 3 "trendy" fish restaurants) away. In the morning, landed fish and the mussels bred in the bay are served fresh on the plate. 300 m further are extensive beaches. Depending on your preference textile or nudist. A cultural-historical excursion of a special kind is the journey by airboat from the port in Porec to Venice. Who plans a family day, which is in good hands in the water park "Istralandia". Water fun guaranteed for big and small. Especially the cyclists will get their money's worth on well-developed, sign-posted routes. Contemplative paths connect nearby destinations. Some of the larger inland cities can also be reached by bike: the quirky artists' town of Groznjan and old Motovun with its fully preserved city walls; both venerable Venetian cities, enthroned on a mountain, with magnificent views of the underlying forests and valleys. And if the bike does not want to join in: a large modern bicycle shop with repair service is about 3 km away from Vabriga. If you come back in the evening from extended activities, you will find the house bathed in golden light. The day subsides and the nightingale begins. In summer, cicadas play their annual concert. A sound that is inextricably linked to holiday feeling in Croatia. At a late hour, the terrace behind the kitchen in soothing shade. The bare feet on the warm ceramic plates, the taste of the good local wine, the olives and the excellent cheese with the scent of jasmine mixes into a sensual fireworks. Es ist tipptopp sauber! Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Draußen sitzen kann man entweder vor dem Haus auf der kleinen Terrasse oder hinter dem Haus auf der größeren Terrasse. Im Haus gibt es einen großen Esstisch und im Wohnzimmer eine sehr gemütliche Couch. Die Vermieterin steht einem mit Tipps zum Aufenthalt und zur Umgebung jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung. Beide Etagen klimatisiert, sogar einen Grill gab es im eigenen kleinen Garten - perfekt für die frischen Fische. Auch sonst alles da, was mach braucht. Die Umgebung war wirklich sehr ruhig, kein Durchgangsverkehr o.ä. Der Stand war in 20 Minuten zu Fuß oder in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, klares Wasser, Steinstrand. Ideal zum Tauchen, Schnorcheln, Schwimmen. Die Vermieterin hat uns schon rechtzeitig mit allen notwendigen Infos zur Anreise und zum Check-In/-Out per Schlüsseltresor versorgt. Lief alles total problemlos und unkompliziert ab. Auch die weitere Kommunikation war immer zeitnah. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. ##### Dirk B. Mal in Istrien und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub bei sehr, sehr guter Unterkunft und das Wetter spielte die gesamte Zeit auch mit, Sonne pur war das Motto... Die Unterkunft ist genau wie in der Anzeige, sehr gut eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. ##### Trübenbach A. Zwei Klimaanlagen sorgen dafür das es auch bei höheren Außentemperaturen im Haus erträglich bleibt. Wer selbst kochen will wird in der Küche alles finden was man braucht. Alternativ gibt es aber in der Umgebung genügend gute Restaurants die man zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Unter den Stränden war unser Favorit der Hawaii Beach .Hier gibt es eine sehr gepflegte Beachbar mit sehr gutem Essen und netten Kellnern. Abgerundet wird das Ganze durch eine sehr nette Vermieterin die immer zu erreichen ist um nützlich Tipps zu geben. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. ##### Axel F. Séjour de 7 nuits en juin 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Christian W. 19 juin 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Das erste aber nicht das letzte Mal in Istrien! Wir waren im Juni 2023 in diesem Hause und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sehr schön sind die beiden Terrassen, man kann sich so immer ein schattiges Plätzchen suchen, wenn es sehr heiss ist. Mehrere schöne Strände sind sehr schnell mit dem Rad oder zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Ort ist zwar klein, aber in unmittelbarer Nähe bekommt man alles, was man braucht. Im Ort selbst und in der Nähe gibt es einige schöne Restaurants. Hier ein Dankeschön an die Gastgeberin, die eine schöne Zusammenstellung über Restaurants und mögliche Aktivitäten in der Wohnung hat. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Das Meer ist nicht weit und man kann von dort Ausflüge in sehr schöne Städtchen machen ohne stundenlang im Auto sitzen zu müssen. Das einzige was wir vermisst haben, war ein Mückenschutz vor den Fenstern. Aber Mückenschutz sollte man im Süden eh immer dabei haben. ##### Christian W. Die Unterkunft ist top ausgestattet, entspricht allen Bedürfnissen und liegt ruhig. Gerne haben wir die Abende auf der Sitzgruppe vor dem Haus verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war schnell und problemlos; wir haben viele nützliche Tipps erhalten und Check-In und Check-Out verliefen reibungslos. Dank der Fensterläden und der Klimageräte bleibt es innen auch bei größter Sommerhitze angenehm temperiert, Es ist ein Reihenhaus, da hört man gelegentlich die Nachbarn. Nachts war es absolut ruhig. In der Nähe entstehen gerade einige neue Ferienhäuser. Es gab aber keinerlei Baulärm, da zur Hauptreisezeit wohl nicht weitergebaut wird. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schöne Restaurants in kurzer Fahrdistanz. Ein Auto ist schon ratsam. Einige schöne Felsstrände in der Nähe. Das Meer ist herrlich! Von Tar/Vabriga aus kann man ganz Istrien erkunden (Pula ca. 1h, Opatija knapp 2h). Sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Prima Tips z.B. zur An-/Abreise. ##### Cornelia T. Die ruhige Lage in einer Sackgasse hat uns auch gut gefallen, besonders weil es mit dem Auto in gut erreichbarer Entfernung viele schöne Ausflugsziele gab. Das schöne Ferienhaus entsprach genau der Anzeigenbeschreibung und hat uns ( Familie mit 2 Kindern 12/14) einen super Rahmen für unseren Pfingsturlaub geboten. Es lag am Ortsrand eines kleinen Dorfes, idyllisch, ruhig und direkt an einem Olivenhain. Die Ausstattung war super, es fehlte nichts. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war schnell und hilfreich. Der sichere Parkplatz vor der Haustüre ist sehr angenehm. Die Haustechnik vom Schlüsselsafe, WLAN, TV bis zur Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei.Im liebevoll gestalteten Informationsordner finden sich alle wichtigen Details. Die Terrasse befindet sich im Innenhof des Gebäudekomplexes. Je nach Belegung der Nachbargebäude ist man hier nicht alleine. Der kleine Westbalkon mit Blick in den Olivenhain bietet eine geschützte Atmosphäre. Aktuell befindet sich das Haus am Ortsrand, die Nächte sind absolut ruhig. Ob das bei der Bautätigkeit in der näheren Umgebung so bleiben wird? Zu einem schönen Naturstrand gelangt man nach ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg, teilweise über Schotterstraßen, die man auch langsam mit dem Auto befahren darf. Die Läden in Vabriga und Tar reichen zur Versorgung mit dem Alltäglichen aus, ein deutlich größeres Angebot findet sich im ca.10 km entferten Porec. ##### Wittek D. Das Reihenmittelhaus ist neu, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass es einem an nichts mangelt. Dank Klimaanlage kann man auch bei heißen Temperaturen gut schlafen und dank Satellitenanschluss und W-Lan kann man es sich auch bei Dauerregen gemütlich machen. In der Nähe findet man alles, was man braucht, einschließlich von Stränden, an denen man leicht Parkplätze findet. Einzig ein Grill fehlt bisher noch. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! ##### Ingo S.
