"The property overlooks the Charco de San Gines with great views across the water and waterfront. "Nous sommes arrivés pendant la semaine de fête (semaine du 15 Aout) avec des concerts juste sous notre fenêtre qui finissaient à 4h du matin pendant 5 nuits. A part cela nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage, l'accès au centre sportif et la climatisation ce qui permet de mettre une note de 4/5. L'appartement est mieux aussi pour deux.Difficile de se garer en Aout."

"Had trouble getting into the complex as the electronic gate was not working properly but the apartment was very comfortable. The location is close to numerous shops including Lidl and some lovely little bars. Quiet pool area which we had to ourselves most days. TV was not working and took three days to fix. Nice little complex. "

"Sehr viel Bewegungsfreiheit. Schöne Räumlichkeiten. Angenehm beheizter Pool. Ausstattung sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn die nebenstehende Reparatur erledigt ist. Das Dach auf beiden Veranda Seiten ist absolut sanierungsbedürftig. Bei etwas stärkeren Regen muss man den Außenbereich verlassen da es undicht ist. An einer Stelle ist es unserer Meinung nach demnächst einsturzgefährdet. Das muss dringend repariert werden."
