Every thing was just perfect and fine for this property, except it is not suitable for unadventurous poeple. It is what it is as advertised, cheap and value for money. A fan should have been added as it can be suffocating in hot weather condition.

Grosse arnaque, à fuir!

L'hôte demande d'appeler 24h avant l'arrivée pour confirmer et organiser l'arrivée mais ils ne répondent pas,. Apparemment le numéro donné ne correspondrait même pas a un numéro sur l'île de Tanna d'après l'Office du tourisme de Port Vila. J'ai donc souhaité annuler ma réservation mais du coup avec le délais, 50% de frais d'annulation. Il m'a fallu trouver un hébergement d'urgence. Sur place, pas d'hôtel à l'endroit indiqué sur la carte, et le village cité dans l'annonce se trouve presque de l'autre côté de l'île. Donc d'un côté c'est à Lenakel et de l'autre c'est Loanengo Village! Trop d'incohérences pour être réel!
