En revanche, certains détails ont gâché le séjour : les enfants ont été comptés comme des adultes pour le dîner, certaines facturations n’étaient pas justifiées, et au moment du départ, il faut patienter pour que tout soit vérifié avant d’avoir le feu vert. Pour un hôtel censé être haut de gamme à 200 € la nuit, ce n’est pas vraiment à la hauteur. »

« 많은 호핑투어가 바로 솔레아 리조트 앞에서 떠나서 리조트 픽업이 없는 투어 구매시 큰 이점이 있습니다. 위치가 알로나비치에서 약간 떨어져 있으나 셔틀이 있고 앞에 툭툭도 항상 대기중이어서 불편함은 없습니다. 수영장은 좀 작으나 아주 깨끗하게 관리되어 있었구요, 사진찍으면 참 예쁘게 나오는 것도 장점입니다. 조식은 아주 뛰어나진 않아도 괜찮은 수준이에요. »

« It is situated nicely and tucked in a quiet neighborhood. The way it was designed the villas and rooms has walk ways and outside nature you could enjoy. The pool is a plus. "La chambre est magnifique et le personnel vraiment très serviable. En revanche, certains détails ont gâché le séjour : les enfants ont été comptés comme des adultes pour le dîner, certaines facturations n’étaient pas justifiées, et au moment du départ, il faut patienter pour que tout soit vérifié avant d’avoir le feu vert. Pour un hôtel censé être haut de gamme à 200 € la nuit, ce n’est pas vraiment à la hauteur."

"Hotel who need serious renovation. The room is big but old especially the bath room. At our arrival there was no towel. The cleaness can be better, there was spiderweb neer the bed. About the staff they were not nice for the most of them. There were live music the night until 11pm so dont be there to rest. I dont recommend it at all"
