Our short stay at the Paradise Inn was the worst in my traveling history. As of this date I have received no response to the letter, information and request for refund that was forwarded to you. I have never been provided with such unkempt accommodations. The beds had to be stripped due to immense soiling and the replacement bedding (which we had to make up) was not acceptable either, generally the fixtures were worn, the bathroom was not clean, the refrigerator was dirty and rusty, the ice machine delivered keyboard sheets of ice and had no instrument to retrieve the ice, a 2" gap existed under the entrance door from the main walkway balcony and the noise from other guests continued late into the night.
