There is playground for the children and picnic tables just enjoy your time and enjoy veverything the resort has to offer this is a hidden Gem that we love and want everyone to enjoy their time while staying 1st floor Condo unit with King bed, fold down futon sofa/reclines, lounge chair, kitchenette, 2-burner stove top, Full size freezer ,refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. We fell in love with Little Harbor. This little rental was in the most magical spot to enjoy the water from sunrise to sunset. The owner was so easy to communicate with and very accommodating to us. Sharing local information and recommendations was a huge bonus. The unit is very well cared for, clean, and had everything you would need and more. The only thing I had to grab was conditioner. If you use USB plug ins, bring longer cords as the units don’t have USB plug ins and most of us hotel travelers don’t think about that since new hotels are all USB. Owner is very good answering all the questions/texts/calls. Very helpful no complaints at all. The a little harbor was nice and cozy, apartment very clean, perfect for a couple nice and comfy king size bed. To bad we spend only 1 night there bc of the Hurricane, due to her policy she charge us for 3 nights and gave us 3 nights back was a bummer but better than nothing. Besides that i would highly recommend this place if you like to drink it's ever better bc there is a nice restaurant only steps away from the condo, Beautiful Sunset to enjoy!! ##### Sara R.
