Nice house
Property located with dock and access to Tampa bay and easy access to beer can island. Loved 5 5 BR, 2 bath house, nice to have elevator. Liked all tile floors and nice big kitchen. Had 2 bedrooms with tvs, tv in porch area near pool and large tv in living room. Disappointed in cleaning of house and items not maintained such as pool, lights, faucets. They were notified and house keepers did come out and take care of items. A few maintenance items handled by day 4. have been notified that other items would be taken care of on day of departure.

Misrepresented amenities and poor management & communication
A lot of things went wrong with our stay: 1) Safety: - Three smoke detectors were missing with exposed wires hanging from the ceiling. - There was a bee infestation near the pool equipment and baby pool safety fence, which made the fence inaccessible. - The patio screen door did not latch and the screens were broken. 2. Misrepresented amenities - The hot tub was broken for the entire 7 night stay - The top floor was blocked off with a note saying, "Do not enter. Carpets need to be cleaned." So, an entire floor of the house was unusable. - There was no crib in the house even after confirming with host multiple times that it was there. - One twin bed was missing. - No hair dryers in the house. 3. Poor management/communication - Dozens of messages to host and VRBO customer service line did not address broken hot tub, broken screen door, or the bee infestation. Host promised to send maintenance crew but never followed through. - No house documentation detailing wifi passwords, TV logins, or locations of household amenities. 4. Cleanliness/house condition - House was not clean at check in. The garage had empty water bottles and soda cans tossed about. There was a boarded up room filled with junk. The grill was filthy. We had to buy cleaning supplies to wipe down kitchen and bathrooms because they were noticeably dirty. Our experience was very disappointing, especially for the price. We expected much more and will be reluctant to book with VRBO in the future.

Broken Jacuzzi, not heated poll, dirty home with roaches.
Very spacious home with a lot of potential but not well decorated and dirty. Missing one bed from the description. Jacuzzi was broken. We couldn’t use it for the whole staying which was 7 days. Pool is not heated. Found roaches on the home as well.
