Some Pro's but many "room for improvement" cons!
The pro's: the house was very large and the pool was great. We choose it to be near the venue for our 50th wedding anniversary party so the location was good with us. The con's: The cleaning crew really needed to mop dirty floors before we arrived. There were also ant's in the kitchen so we kept all food in the fridge. In one of the bedrooms, there were no pillows. In the other bedrooms, there were no pillow cases on the pillows so we slept on the pillow shams. We have stayed at several rentals over the years and a lot was missing! Just spending a few dollars at the dollar store by the owners would have helped. There were no garbage bags, paper towels, soap or shampoo, laundry soap or even wash clothes at the house. There were no instructions as to where to put garbage or how to work the TV. To that end, this house is right next to several TV broadcast towers--a cheap bowtie antenna would have brought in over 50 stations! Overall, we were disappointed in our stay--we didn't even stay for the third night that we had paid for!

The house is a nice and clean home in a quiet neighborhood. The host responded quickly to each question or concerned and tried to be as helpful as possible. We enjoyed our weekend getaway.
