The rules were read and it absolutely said no smoking in unit. There was no smoking in the unit. The person staying is an extremely heavy smoker so his clothes most definitely smelled like smoke. I had very little communication with the rental company and when they did respond they told me that there was no way the person did not smoke especially since there were cigarette butts in the trash can. I was absolutely ok with getting an extra cleaning fee but to be hit with a smoking fee was absurd. If they do not want anyone smelling like smoke or someone that is a heavy smoker renting that definitely needs to be put in the rental description. It’s just like a hotel set up! Wish I could have cooked some food for my kids but that’s the only downfall! It has security and a bunch of amenities! A pool tennis a playground etc! 3 restaurants near by that we didn’t visit because we were out and exploring most of the time! There are amazing food trucks right down the street and a coffee food truck too that was great!! Will definitely be back! ##### Kayce H. AC issue due to bed too close to vent. The bed would get cold which would shutdown the unit for cooling. So it was hot in unit. ##### Wendy W. It is quiet and clean in a good location with activities to do in the area. Finding the place was not eaay. We got, what seemed liked, two addresses and were not sure where to go.
