The room was very comfortable - spacious, clean, comfy beds. The hotel itself was clean and overall average. In my opinion, it was overpriced for what it is, especially with parking fees. But the location was very convenient and walkable. Pool area is nice and has a great view, but it’s very small - there are maybe 12 or so lounge chairs for two hotels worth of people and they are the most uncomfortable chairs ever! Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved Tampa!

First impression is a lasting impression. The staff was extremely helpful; we were able to get into our room early; extremely clean facility.

The room was clean. The staff in the front desk was very slow. They kept people waiting for no apparent reason.

Historic Streetcar I liked, clean streets, no garbage outside, safe area. But no another transportation around, shopping area is too far, if you want to go to shopping mall or anything else, need take a taxi, or rent a car. But rent a car is very expensive

We are within walking distance of many main attractions including the aquarium, Amalie arena, the Tampa Cruise Port, Sparkman Wharf, and the convention center. As you mentioned, the street car will also take you around which is only a block up the road from us and it is Free! We hope you see you again soon!
We are looking to have a wonderful stay at Home2Suites tonight in preparation for participating in a couple of the runs put on in downtown Tampa tomorrow.

Great location, can walk to many attractions and restaurants. If that doesn’t work there’s the free trolley.
The room was great, nice and clean. The breakfast every morning had something for everyone.
Staff is very nice and friendly. Will be using the hotel again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were busy but took the time to answer our questions and help us get to the Amalie Arena. They even gave us a map and showed us a walking route as well as the free trolley.
Breakfast was very good too!

We had a 3 night stay. The room was clean and also had a microwave, refrigerator, and sink. The attached parking ramp was convenient, and it had charging stations fornthose with electric cars.

Was a nice stay! We had a corner suite and woke up to a view of the boat we were leaving on. It was really nice. Place is new. Only thing I would suggest is they spend a little more time on the small cleaning things.

The property was located very close to the cruise port which is what we needed. The staff was very friendly. The property was very clean and neat. However, in booking through Expedia, it was not mentioned of any additional fees such as security deposit of $100 which we were unaware of until arrival. There is a $25 parking fee to park in the garage there at the hotel due to the garage being city-owned. I am unsure if that fee is per stay or per night as we were only there one night. Just be aware of any additional costs while budgeting for your trip if you choose this location. Overall, my stay was a positive experience.
