Beautiful and Modern 4 bed/3 full bath home with over 3,200 square feet of living space! The house has 12 ft ceilings and hardwood floors throughout the house! The home can comfortably sleep up to 15 people. It is the perfect place for a large group looking to stay together! The home also features a pool with covered lanai. In fact, the pool can be heated for an additional $75 a night. The screened-in lanai is equipped with outdoor furniture, a ceiling fan and a TV. Additionally, the backyard has over 1.5 acres of land that can accommodate any type of outside activity such as a game of kickball or tag! Inside entertainment includes a Pool Table, Arcade Machine (with 7 different arcade games), and over 7 Large Flat Screen Smart TVs. The house has a spacious modern kitchen with granite countertops, a large island, stainless steel appliances and cherry wood cabinets. There is also a large walk-in pantry to store all of your food and another refrigerator in the garage for additional storage space.The master suite is HUGE with french doors that lead outside to the pool area. It also has a HUGE master bathroom with a beautiful chandelier, large jacuzzi tub, separate shower with four body sprayers and spacious “his and her” closets for your luggage. The home allows for RV parking and a Boat, all at the same time, plus a three car garage.

Our stay at this property was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with every amenity we could have possibly needed. It’s clear the owner takes tremendous pride in ownership, every detail was thoughtful, intentional, and designed to make guests feel completely at ease.The communication from the owner was outstanding. He was prompt, thorough, courteous, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing a top‑tier experience, and it shows in everything from the check‑in instructions to the small touches around the home.The pool was perfect, clean, warm, and a highlight of our stay. The entire property felt like a private retreat, and we appreciated how comfortable and well‑equipped everything was.This is, without question, one of the best VRBO experiences I've ever had. The owner is the definition of a perfect host, and we would return in a heartbeat.

Beautiful property in quiet rural atea

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Pool is pristine, and the entire house is clean, well maintained, and well stocked. Everything you need is there. The master suite is beautiful and large. Other bedrooms and bathrooms are smaller but still nicely kept. Highly recommend this property.

A Perfect Place To Get Away

My friends and I stayed here for a bachelor party and it was a fantastic spot. The house was very nice and clean and great for our larger group. Jimmy was very easy to communicate with and checked in with us throughout the trip in case we needed anything. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in there area.

Nice pretty Christmas getaway

The house was as advertised and then some. Tall ceilings, well decorated and lots of little extras that were very much appreciated. There was even a live Christmas tree which was a nice extra treat. Jimmy was very communicative, helpful and great(especially when we had some trouble with the alarm).

Awesome House!

A group of 8 of us stayed at this property for a long weekend. We had the best time. The house is amazing! Slept all of us comfortably, it was clean and had plenty of amenities. Family weekend

My family and I enjoyed everything about this home. The owner went above and beyond in his organization of detailing the location and use of items throughout the house, as well as his thoughtfulness of providing so many essentials from toiletries to beverages. Some of my local relatives came over while there and all had nothing to say but praised for the layout and family friendly environment.

Awesome Place

This is a beautiful, well-maintained property located in a rural setting north of Tampa, about 35 minutes from the airport. My wife and I, our daughter and son-in-law, and their twin children stayed there earlier this month for four nights. The home was very spacious and welcoming with a well-supplied kitchen and a giant fully decorated, real Christmas tree. The pool is awesome and the grandkids enjoyed it for hours with their Florida cousins. The master bedroom connects to the pool and has a very large open master-bath with tub and shower and his-and-hers sinks on opposite sides. The owner was very gracious, communicative, and helpful throughout our stay. There are only two issues that we found. The first is that the owner likes to have fragrance throughout the house. We found eight plug-in fragrance units when we first arrived which we immediately removed. Still the odor persisted noticeable for a few days since it penetrates fabric everywhere. This may not be an issue for some people, but for us it was a bother. I spoke to the owner about the situation on the first day and he was very apologetic and agreed to reduce the fragrance level for future guests. Our suggestion is to remove it completely. If future guests prefer to not have the fragrance, we suggest that they let the owner know well in advance of your stay since it does take a while to dissipate. The second issue is that there is no doorway between the master bedroom and the master bath. We suggest installing a pocket door or simply a curtain similar to that separating the back bedroom area. We highly recommend this amazing property!

Tampa Trip

This was our first experience staying in a home other than a hotel and it was amazing. The property both outside and inside was spotless and beautiful. Our host greeted us with snacks and refreshments and made himself available to us at all times. I would recommend this property anytime and I would not think twice to stay there again.

As advertised and perfect!

Beautiful house, 10 - 15 minute drive to downtown Tampa, quiet area, has everything you need! Outdoor space is also lovely, with 2 outdoor heaters and a propane fire pit- so we spent lots of time outside even when it was 40 - 50 degrees. Owner was A+++, attentive and available... We'll be back!

A wonderful experience!

Jimmy’s level of professionalism is superb. He was quickly responsive to any questions we had. We informed him that it was my mother’s 50th birthday and he welcomed us with donuts. The property itself is gorgeous. Very clean and true to the images displayed. In fact, the bunk beds were actually bigger than I perceived from viewing the pics. We had an amazing time and would certainly go back again.

Amazing house!

We went down for a cousins wedding. We had an amazing time at the house. It was 11 of us and we fit perfectly and comfortably. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Jimmy was very helpful and attentive and answered all of our questions right away. I would definitely rent this house when we go back to Tampa!

Dream Vacation

I am very hard to please, however I couldn’t ask for a cleaner, beautiful Vacation home than this one. We had all amenities and pleasure to our fingertips without going overboard with the size of the home. My only regret was having to leave !
