This comfortable home is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood in Fife, Washington. Just 1 mile off of I-5 in Fife, you'll find this home just a short distance away from Downtown Tacoma. In the north-end of this city you'll find the Ruston Way Waterfront, Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium, along with a variety of restaurants to please the most discerning pallet. This area boasts miles of walkways for biking/running/rollerblading if you are ready for some outdoor adventure. Additional local attractions include, Chihuly Glass Museum, LeMay Car Museum, Tacoma Dome along with the Western Washington Fairgrounds in Puyallup if you happen to be here in September. For those that ski, Crystal Mountain Ski Resort is approximately 1 hour east along with the Mt. Rainier National Park which has drive-able site seeing, and world class hiking. Just 30 miles north you'll find the City of Seattle. Seattle, is surrounded by water, mountains and evergreen forests, that encompass thousands of acres of parkland (hence its nickname, "Emerald City").
