très agréable , au calme et pas loin de Syracuse

très belle propriété avec piscine chauffée très agréable par les grandes chaleurs ; un seul regret : pas de cafetière éléctrique . proprio très sympa et disponible , appart spacieux et bien agencé . au coeur d'un véritable oasis ; si si ... et la mer à qq minutes à pied ou à vélo (prêté par Roberto ;-) )

Parfait !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location, Roberto est très accueillant, serviable, souriant...la maison est spacieuse et très agréable car elle reste fraîche. Tout est quasiment neuf et très fait construit. Le jardin, une merveille pour les yeux. Nos enfants s'y sont également beaucoup plus, vélos , trottinettes et de grands espaces pour gambader ! Bref, parfait, même le muscat local ;-) Nous recommandons sincèrement cette location très bien placée pour visiter Syracuse et le sud la Sicile !

Un lieu idyllique à 15' d'Ortigia

Nous avons déposé nos bagages pour 3 semaines dans la villa Alexandrae. Notre séjour fut enchanteur et merveilleux à tous les niveaux : la générosité et l'hospitalité de Roberto, le parc boisé magnifique dans lequel se trouve Alexandrae, très vaste et agréable maison de vacances, la piscine formidable : lieu de jeux enfantins, de plaisirs et de rafraîchissement nécessaire au cœur de l'été et les divertissements mis à notre disposition (jeux de ballons, tennis de table, barbecue, etc.), la proximité de Syracuse et de la sublime Ortigia, de toutes les villes baroques de l'Est sicilien, de l'Etna, des plages cristallines, etc. Au plaisir inouï de la découverte de ce lieu magique s'est associé celui de la rencontre d'avec des hôtes charmants de l'autre maison de vacances (Bismarckia). Une fois découverte, on ne saurait que trop garder par dévers soi et pour soi cette adresse formidable assortie de Roberto, le propriétaire à l'accueil si chaleureux et généreux. À recommander sans modération !!

Nice villa for great vacations in Sicily

We stayed last week of August in this nice apartment nearby Siracuse with my wife, kid (10) and mother in law. The apartment, that is part of a beautiful villa, is fully equiped (including the essential air conditioning...), in perfect conditions (everything looks new), clean and very quite. The gardens and the swimming pool are absolutely fantastic for a relaxing afternoon after any of the interesting visits of the area. Roberto, the owner, has always been very kind and interested in making our stay comfortable. As an example we had a little issue with the wifi signal (the wifi was great but the signal was little unstable) and Roberto even called technicians to solve it immediately. The location of the villa is ok, 15 minutes away from Siracuse and walking distance (10 minutes) from a pebble beach. This beach although is nice, is not very comfortable and during weekends in August is packed, so I would recommend to take the car and visit some other much nicer (go for the Riserva Naturale di Vendicari área...is absolutely great). This property is absolutely recomendable for a nice vacation and great starting point to explore South East part of Sicily...

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la partie de Villa. Très bon accueil de Roberto. La location est spacieuse, très propre. Il ne manque rien. Il y a une très jolie piscine. Le lieu est calme. La température dans la location est très agréable, il ne fait pas trop chaud. C'était parfait. La location est située au sud de Syracuse, point de départ idéal pour les excursions. Il y a une petite plage de galets à 300 m et une belle plage de sable à 2 km. Il y a une belle balade à faire au cap également proche de la location. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos vacances et les enfants se sont sentis très à l'aise. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter.

MERCAVIGLIOSA!!!! TUTTO VERO

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa magnifica casa le ultime 2 settimane di Agosto. La casa è esattamente come in foto, arredi nuovi, tenuta benissimo, pulita ed accogliente. La piscina è fantastica, mio figlio Pietro si è divertito tantissimo. Un vero angolo di paradiso tenuto con molto amore dal proprietario, il Sig. Roberto. Fiori e piante ovunque in un contesto dove regna la pace e serenità. CI TORNEREMO AL 100%

14 giorni favolosi.

Abbiamo trascorso, noi e i nostri due bambini, 2 settimane meravigliose, in questa casa o meglio porzione di villa, e siamo stati benissimo per i servizi offerti: piscina sempre a disposizione anche di notte, fornitura di bici per adulti e bambini,pulizia dei locali, vicinanza al mare e che mare!!! adattissimo ai bambini; posizione ottimale data la vicinanza a Siracusa, e alle varie città d'arte del Val di Noto ( Ragusa Ibla, Modica,Noto, Palazzolo,Scicli) e Marzamemi ecc. le abbiamo visitate tutte. Inoltre ci teniamo a sottolineare l'ospitalità e la simpatia di Roberto (il proprietario) che da vero siciliano ci ha fatto sentire coma a casa nostra, mettendoci a disposizione tutto, anche il suo splendido giardino di piante esotiche e rare che coltiva amorevolmente.Questa soluzione la consigliamo a tutti.
