"Great stay here, everything you need. Fab food in the restaurant at dinner. Great vibe in the hotel.All the staff were helpful, polite and friendly. Located, perfectly dor exploring the city. Room and services available were perfect. Great blackout blind an added bonus for a great nights sleep."

"Garden and bed sheets were nice. Needs cleaning and decorating. TV did not work, no staff to talk to. If this is how guesthouses are run now I will never stay in another. One towel for two people for two night and very cold first night. Don’t think they turn on the heating until you walk in the door."

"Only 3 pillows provided for 2 adults in our room. Staff are mostly good, but the first staff we encountered when checking in was not helpful and looked so unbothered and uninterested to engage with us."

"Very dirty I could not even sit on the bed, the bathroom was unbelievably dirty too. Apparently some elderly men were using the room beforre I arrived because shortly after i entered the room, one of them knocked asking for his prayer mat on the bed. The state of the room was shocking, I had to forfeit my money and hurriedly left! They should just close down if they are not ready for the budiness !! "

"Communication from them was fantastic, they let you know everything you need to do to access the property. Room was lovely and clean. Directions to property were very clear (unless you're an idiot like me who doesn't read them properly!) Had one issue in the early hours of the morning as the room next door was being really noisy but I messaged the property and they sorted it out within about 5 mins. Would happily stay here again."
