« The cabin is nice and right by the water. Loved the river access. The only problem was the neighbors dog which was sweet and very friendly to kids and my dog which I paid 150 to bring. I also kept my dog crated when we went anywhere ( she weighs 6 pounds) but when we returned from town I stepped in a big pile of fresh dog crap! « My family of 4 had a wonderful 6 night stay. Check in/check out was a breeze. Our kids enjoyed fishing in the creek although they never got a bite. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was great for making meals. I enjoyed my coffee in every seating area each morning. We were close to many fun adventures and always looked forward to a relaxing evening at the house. Kathy was a wonderful host. »

« Our host was very friendly and was kind to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen seemed to be adequately furnished. We spent most of our time helping our grandson move in the university for his final year. We really appreciate the fact that the cabin was pet friendly so we could bring our 10 lb Maltese rescue with us. We had a really great stay and would stay there again. I would definitely recommend it to other visitors to the area. »
