House Bandomir

Beautiful object with detached house character in an exposed location, just a few meters from the beach. Quiet location and still relatively central. In 12 minutes you are in the Westerland city center or in Wenningstedt at Gosch on the beach. Until the end of June 2015, the house was in the renovation, renovation and redevelopment phase. There was a small refuge, a beautiful old building with many works of art. The renovation that has just been completed was carried out carefully and cautiously, d. H. Today's standard has been combined with existing inventory. The idea is to bring nature into the interior of the building. This has created something very special and individual. You will feel well, promise! ABSOLUTE NON SMOKING HOUSE!

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Haus Bandomir auf Sylt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt, liebevoll und bietet ein wunderbar gemütliches Ambiente und - bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die gut ausgestattete Küche – wirklich bis ins Detail durchdacht - bietet alles, was man für einen geselligen Kochabend braucht. Besonders gefallen haben uns die ruhige Lage und die Nähe zum Strand – ideal für Spaziergänge und zum Entspannen. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, so dass einer Fahrt in die Stadt nichts im Weg steht. Die Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist perfekt, um auf eine Reise mit dem Auto verzichten zu können. Das Vermietungsbüro war auch am Sonntag problemlos erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und zuvor kommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Nettes Haus mit Pflege- und Wartungsstau und dadurch Preis-Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt

Wir waren für eine Woche im Haus Bandomir und haben uns bei der Buchung recht schnell auf dieses Objekt festgelegt, weil wir ältere Häuser mit einer "Geschichte" mögen. Die Schlüsselübergabe in der Agentur war sehr nett und verlief problemlos. Am Objekt angekommen folgte dann sehr schnell die Ernüchterung. Uns empfing ein etwas "wilder" Außenbereich, den man durchaus vorab mal hätte mähen und pflegen können. Die Dusche mit dem Natursteinboden ist bei uns am ersten Tag direkt mal "übergelaufen". Nachdem wir das Flusensieb ausgebaut haben und uns mit den Haaren und Duschresten der Gäste des ganzen Jahres konfrontiert sahen, stellten wir bei genauerem Hinsehen auch Schimmel in dieser Dusche fest. Der war nicht nur an den Silikonfugen sondern auch zwischen den Wandfliesen. Die Lampe im Essbereich ist ein tolles Designerstück, aber das Licht zum Essen leider viel zu dunkel und wir sehen immer ganz gerne was wir auf dem Teller haben. Die Fernbedienung für die Musikanlage war völlig zerstört und sah aus als hätte sie jemand in einem Wutanfall an die Wand geworfen und danach seinen Namen darauf getanzt. Küchengeräte und Geschirr kann man natürlich so bereitstellen, aber Gegenstände wie Pfannenwender, Kochlöffel und Messer kann man bei Zeiten auch mal erneuern. Die Lage in zweiter Reihe ist toll und auch die Entfernung zur Innenstadt/Promenade ist zu Fuß mit unseren Kindern (4+6) gut schaffbar gewesen. Unser Feedback bei Schlüsselrückgabe wurde schnell abgebügelt mit den Worten "na dann müssen wir den Eigentümer mal informieren". Da hätten wir etwas mehr erwartet.

Toll gelegen und prima groß

Da gibt es wenig zu beanstanden. Leider lässt sich der Garten bedingt durch fehlende Liegen und Sonnenschirm nicht vollständig nutzen. Sehr schade. Die Lage des Hauses ist dennoch perfekt.

Schönes Haus in sehr guter Lage.

Das Haus ist geräumig und schön eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber und relativ neuwertig. Mit 6 Personen auch absolut gut belegbar. Es gibt einen Anbau hinter der Garage, hier wird offenbar eine 2-Personen Wohnung vermietet, die während unseres Aufenthaltes leer war. Unklar, wie die Mieter dieses Objektes in ihre Wohnung kommen (hinter dem Haus um die Garage herum oder vor dem Haus durch den Garten?). Selbst wenn diese Einheit belegt gewesen wäre , hätte das die Qualität unseres Aufenthaltes nicht gemindert. Aber man könnte das Objekt demnach sogar mit 8 Personen (in 2 Einheiten) bewohnen, was aus dem Angebot eigentlich nicht ersichtlich war (oder wir haben es übersehen). Das Grundstück ist ziemlich groß, die Lage mit der Nähe zum Ort und zum Strand wirklich ganz hervorragend. Wir können das Haus Bandomir nur empfehlen.
