The Hanseatic House is on Maybachstrasse. The apartment is on the 8th Floor of an 8-storey apartment block. From the balcony you have a wonderful view over the east of Sylt. In good weather you can see the mud flats in Morsum. In the center of Westerland, diagonally opposite the pedestrian zone Friedrichstrasse is the main entrance of the Hanseatic House. Distance to the beach about 400 m, about 5 minutes walk to the train station. free internet use via wifi.

Completely renovated, high quality equipped apartment. Size of the apartment about 40 square meters. Combined living room with leather sofa, sideboard, double fold-away bed, dining table with 4 leather armchairs, tea trolley, cable / satellite TV, carpeting, exit to the east balcony with furniture. Kitchenette with ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, sink, extractor hood, kettle, refrigerator, upper and lower cabinets. Shower / WC. Anteroom with closet and large mirror. Parking space No. 52 on the upper deck. NEW: Free access to the Internet with WiFi is possible.
