The Alte Friesenhaus is situated on a spacious 1,400-square-meter lot and offers plenty of room to relax and unwind. The lovingly landscaped garden features a variety of patio furniture, sun loungers, and a beach chair—perfect for quiet moments in the fresh air.
Your private parking space is located right in front of the house. There’s also a garage for bicycles and a shared washing machine that you’re welcome to use.

The bright and cheerfully furnished “West” apartment features a large living area with direct access to its own terrace, which faces a sunny southwest. Here you can relax and unwind at the end of the day. A cozy sitting area with a couch and armchair invites you to read, watch TV, or simply unwind. There’s also a separate dining area that comfortably seats several people. The couch in the living room can be converted into a sleeper sofa if needed.

The open-concept kitchenette is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, among other amenities, so you can cook just like at home even while on vacation. In the bedroom, a large double bed awaits you for restful nights. A wardrobe and a dresser provide ample storage space for your luggage.

A private parking space is available on the property, and you can even use a wallbox for electric cars with an EC card.

Your small dog is also welcome in this apartment (for an additional fee).

If you’re traveling with several people or need more space, the “West” apartment can be perfectly combined with the “East” apartment. Both are located on the first floor across from each other and share the same main entrance. In addition, two other apartments are available in the house: the “Scheune” and the “Unterm Reet” apartment.

In total, this former farmhouse—featuring original classic Frisian elements—offers 4 lovingly furnished apartments. All apartments have their own terrace and access to the wonderfully large garden. Parking spaces are located directly on the property.

Morsum has retained its rural character. Within a few minutes on foot or by bike, you can reach the bakery, the Edeka grocery store, or a nice, well-kept restaurant. It’s less than a 10-minute walk to the mudflats (with beautiful sunsets). There are horseback riding stables and a golf course in town. The Wadden Sea is only about 1 km away, and the sandy beach on the west side of the island is about 13 km away—easily accessible even by bike.

You can also enjoy a countryside vacation on Sylt.
