The apartment is located on the first floor; it is very cozy and individually furnished and features a combined living room and bedroom. It features two leather sofas, a coffee table, a TV with radio (cable connection), and a dining table with two chairs (an additional seating option is available in the bedroom). The third sleeping area (1.40 x 2.00) is located in a wall unit. You’ll also find additional closet space here. A telephone is also available for calls to German landlines, as well as free Wi-Fi.
The separate bedroom features an upholstered bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m (Guests bringing their own linens will need 2 bed sheets measuring 0.80 m x 2.00 m for the mattresses in the bedroom and one full-length bed sheet measuring 1.40 x 2.00 m for the living room, as well as a spacious sliding-door closet fitted with a full-length mirror. A second TV is mounted on one wall.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a towel warmer. Hot water is provided by a tankless water heater.
The kitchen, completely renovated in early 2010, has everything you need: a dishwasher, a stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a toaster, an egg cooker, a kettle, a coffee maker, cutlery, and plenty of dishes.
The hallway features a small table with a mirror and a built-in closet covering the entire wall for guests’ coats. A vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, and a step stool, among other items, are also stored in this closet.
