« This studio is centrally located. Easy walking to everything in the CBD. The check in and check out process was very smooth. The unit is a bit bare bones with some stains on the couch and carpet. And the AC is non-operational which I missed in the description and it was quite warm at night with just the fans. Overall though the unit was clean with a great location. »

« Excellent appartement tout confort, très bien équipé et idéalement situé ! A une station de train de l’aéroport et 4/5 de l’hyper centre de Sydney, ce logement est idéal pour qq jours ici. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les commodités telles que la station de train à 6mn à pied, le supermarché à 5mn, les cafés/restaurants en bas de l’immeuble ; le tout dans un quartier sécurisé et agréable. Nous reviendrons lors d’un prochain séjour à Sydney ! »

« We enjoyed our time in Sydney at this spacious and well supplied apartment. It was easy to walk to various restaurants, and not a far drive to get into the city center for sightseeing. The parking garage is a bit of a challenge, but once you get used to the entry system, it is a nice safe place to keep your car. Thank you, Perry for taking care of us! »

« Can't beat the view, and the ferry stop being a 1 minute walk away makes getting around Sydney easy. Only downside about the location is the bus stop out the front, meaning the early morning and late night beeping when it reverses could be an irritant for some. But others may not be bothered, and would enjoy having a bus stop literally on the doorstep. »
