The house is one of the few homes on the island located on Bradleys Beach, which accommodates 8 people comfortably with 4 bedrooms and 2 separate living areas. With the sand just meters from the beautifully appointed house, the bi-fold doors on the ground floor living area completely open up giving the house a very relaxed holiday feeling. Downstairs - All the living area is on the open plan bottom floor. There is a large lounge room with a flat screen TV and hundreds of DVD and videos to choose from. The dinning room is next to the smaller lounge in which there are many books to read. The modern kitchen opens up onto a large patio with a BBQ and outdoor table and chairs. The fully equipped laundry and a separate guest bathroom are also on this floor. Upstairs- all bedrooms are upstairs with a family sized bathroom which is great for families. Master Bedroom has a king size bed and a lounge for relaxing in as you take the amazing view with the triple sliding door onto the balcony. It also has a dressing room and en-suite. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with a huge wardrobe and sliding doors onto the balcony. Bedroom 3 has a set of bunk beds, and a sliding door onto the front balcony. Bedroom 4 has a set of twin beds and a window over looking the large backyard. Additional benefits.. Not only do you get to stay in the most beautiful home on the river, but the sheets, towels and cleaning are included in the price! The pantry also has various items which you are free to use. For babies there is a porta cot, gates and a high chair in the cupboard of the twin room. The garden is fully enclosed and has a swing set and a trampoline!! Let the kids explore the island on bikes (2 kids bikes at your disposal). There are also some fishing rods to use, but I take no responsibility as to the state the fishing line is in when you go to use them! The beach is directly in front of the house and is perfect for beach cricket at low tide (bring some balls as I'm sure all of ours will be lost!) For those who love to cook there is a bread maker (barely used, please use it!), as well as most items needed to bake/cook with. Late checkout is available if there is no one else booked in to arrive the same afternoon. PLEASE CONTACT OWNER FOR AVAILABILITY Conditions: THIS PROPERTY IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR RESIDENTIAL USE. NO WEDDINGS, GROUP PARTIES OR FUNCTIONS ALLOWED. NO PETS. Conditions: There is no binding agreement until payment has been received. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking and must be paid within 7 days. Full payment (the remaining 50% and bond) must be paid 28 days prior to arrival. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re-let it. Cancellations: Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period and for the same or greater tariff. If a refund is made due to the property being re-let then a $50 cancellation fee will apply. The house is really well positioned, completely appointed and beautifully decorated with fantastic spaces for a family or a few couples, with beach access at the front gate. We hired a tinnie for the weekend and were able to anchor up right in front of the house. We also used the ferry that ran like clockwork which is a great alternative.
