The listing mentioned “hotel quality bedding,” though the bedding and towels didn’t meet that standard. While there was air conditioning downstairs, the single unit in the master bedroom made sleeping areas quite warm, and the pedestal fans were dusty. Some window screens were also torn, so we couldn’t open windows without bugs coming in. Communication could be improved, but with a few maintenance updates, this could be a much nicer stay. ##### Rhiannon A. An apology text was sent to me and stated there will be a refund due to the inconvenience but never happened till now. I have tried to contact the host via text and Vrbo app with no responses. Secondly, my 12 year old boy and my nephew both got allergies due to large amounts of cat hair, luckily we have carried medication with us. Lastly there was only one soap in the upstairs bathroom which was used. two clothes hangers for the entire wardrobe and the 3rd bedroom doesn’t have any bedside tables.
