Very safe area as well, as a solo female traveler I could even walk back from the wharf at night and feel safe. On that note, the wharf is only a 6-8 minute walk from the complex and takes you on a 20 minute ferry ride right to the Sydney CBD. Lots of cool little areas to explore nearby such as the Obelisk Battery and nice restaurants and shops. Very clean as well and I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Hi und da sollte ein bisschen was gemacht werden (Türschränke in der Küche, Fliegengitter), aber alles in allem ein Ort, den man empfehlen kann. Vor allem die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Opernhaus und die Brücke haben uns in der Silvesternacht vollends überzeugt. Danke an Wayne und die Mitbewohner für die Gastfreundschaft. ##### Kerstin N. Amazing view from the rooftop too. Nice area. 70s or 80s style apartment has been renovated, but finish could be better - there are a few loose ends which need tidying up. Very quiet, and all necessary amenities in the room. Could do with a little more light. Opening the hinged shutters made a difference, but involved a little rearranging of the furniture.
