Harbourside7 Apartment is located right on the edge of the harbour at McMahon's Point offering fabulous views of Sydney Harbour, Sydney Harbour Bridge, and the Sydney Opera House from the apartment and views of Sydney City Skyline, Luna Park and North Sydney from the grounds.  
  
If you are coming to Sydney for an event, a holiday or business and for a couple of nights, a week or longer, you will find that Harbourside7 is perfect for your stay.  
  
The apartment has recently been fully renovated with heated travertine floors, Caesarstone benchtops and luxury appointments. There is a queen bed in the bedroom, lounge/dining with sofabed, a fully equipped kitchen and luxury shower room. Maximum 4 persons.  
  
The waterfront swimming pool and barbecue area is a perfect spot for relaxing while taking in the harbour activities. It also provides a delightful are for alfresco dining.  
  
The new kitchen features a full sized refrigerator, gas cooktop, convection microwave, dishwasher and all the utensils, pots and pans required to prepare a meal. Or you might choose to visit one of the many restaurants and cafes in McMahons Point or jump on a ferry and dine in the city or Darling Harbour.  
  
SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR NEW YEARS EVE  
  
Harbourside7 is perfect for New Year's Eve fireworks, the apartment is right on the waterfront with uninterrupted views of the Bridge and Opera House.  
However, special conditions apply for the occupation of the apartment.  
 \* Maximum of six people to view the fireworks, wrist bands are issued to ensure limited numbers on site  
 \* Minimum seven (7) night stay  
 \* Stay must begin prior to 31 December  
\* No check in or out on 31 December due to local road closures  
 \* Bookings no more than 12 months in advance

Bus ride or 15 minute walk to North Sydney Station for trains to the Upper North Shore & to the city centre.  
  
1 minute walk to McMahon's Point Wharf where a regular ferry service with only one stop to either Circular Quay or Darling Harbour.

The apartment itself is absolutely lovely, clean, with beautiful views and convenient to the wharf and bus. BUT…we were not made aware of all the construction on the lift-elevator and the pool. I booked this location over others due to the availability of the pool, only to learn it was closed completely due to construction/repairs. Worse was the elevator construction that started every morning between 7:30 and 8am! I was working nights during this stay and had planned to sleep the mornings but couldn’t due to the intense noise from the loft construction. Horrid! We were never made aware of this and would have moved locations had we known, it was truly obnoxiously loud and impossible to sleep after 8am. Finally, be aware that the washer and dryer are coin operated on other floors.

Great location, v poor property. Not well maintained (bathroom v poor, e.g., broken toilet seat, no bathroom fan). Not v clean (again, bathroom v v poor). Heater didn't work, so spent a lot of time under a doona. Didn't receive code to open the box with keys; luckily it was unlocked anyway (!!) so could access keys without code. Bldg concierge v unhelpful.

Best Stayz stay I’ve ever had, hands down! Harbourside 7 was an absolute gem! spotless, comfy, and that harbour and Opera House view? Bloody unreal! Waking up to that in the morning was next level. The views from this property can't be beat! Driving to the apartment, looking out the kitchen window, and waking up in the morning never get old. We even got 2 surprise firework shows over the Opera House! Totally recommended!

Fantastic location, so easy to move around with the ferry at the door step. More impressive is the view from the kitchen! Never thought I’d wake up looking at the Sydney Opera House. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Our only regret was not staying at this property longer!

This is great place to be in Sydney. It is right next to the ferry dock, so easy to get around. I liked the neighborhood it was in some good restaurants and food stores, etc. ,much more laid back than downtown Sydney. The view was actually better than the pictures show. The beds were comfortable and plenty of appliances in the kitchen, no formal oven but there was a multi function oven/crock pot/rice cooker that worked well. Stayed here NYE and it was terrific not having to deal with crowds and a front row seat, the building provided chairs and there was alot of space for everyone. The hosts were terrific, highly reccomend!

Cannot say enough about how awesome this property was. The view from the kitchen window kept me spellbound. The owner actually left food available so we were able to have breakfast without going to a store. Would definitely recommend to others!!

#### Absolute amazing location for a Sydney weekend

My husband and 2 teens stayed for a long weekend, absolutely loved the location & cute little apartment with views. The pool view is pretty much the best you could have in the whole of Sydney! Parking onsite and ferry stop right out the front door - hard to beat. Throughly recommend, and we will be back!

Fabulous stay in this apartment. Lovely views of harbour. Steps away from ferry in the city. Nice brunch places a short ( but steep) 10 minute walk away. Lovely meal at Sails restaurant right next door. Highly recommend

Fantastic property with a wonderful host. Annette is always available. Apartment is in a great location and just next to the ferry. Apartment very clean with everything you need and very spacious for two. We love the view from the apartment. We will definitely be back again.

#### Relaxing summer break

We ( 2 adults and a toddler)really enjoyed our stay - the apartment is very close to the ferry terminal, so it was easy and fun to travel to the city, darling harbour and the zoo. The pool is gorgeous and warm in the sun. Property was quiet and felt secure.

#### Beautiful View, Close to CBD but Away from the Hustle & Bustle

Annette communicated quickly and efficiently. Place was neat with a perfect location and a view of both the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Included breakfast was a nice touch, as well as the complimentary tea, coffee and milk. We also appreciated them including binoculars, which allowed us to take in the view better. To those who want to use the pool during winter, was a bit too cold because it's only heated "seasonally". All in all, an excellent operator and a great property for a holiday, with the ferry and bus at your doorstep. Won't hesitate to stay again or recommend to friends.
