Steps from lush Cooper Park and a short walk to Bondi Junction, this inviting apartment offers cosy rooms blending traditional furnishings with fresh white walls. It’s a serene sanctuary, ideal for short or extended stays, with the convenience of a prime location.  
  
Guests in this refined home will enjoy a formal living room and separate kitchen, alongside 2 charming bedrooms. The living room is a meditative space, designed for rest and relaxation. Polished wooden floors reflect the natural light which streams through shuttered windows, across a chic suite of white sofas and armchairs. Arranged to balance conversation with the practicalities of cosying up in front of the flatscreen TV, the lounge invites sophisticated living. A traditional mantel surrounds an electric fireplace, adding classic interest to a modern aesthetic. Additionally there is a separate nook perfect for working from home. The separate kitchen is a practical space, perfectly appointed for both cooking and dining. Floor-to-ceiling white gloss cabinets double as a dramatic design feature and much-needed storage. A breakfast bar hugged by woven stools is in the centre of the room, ready for casual brunches winding into the afternoons.  
  
Boasting two spacious bedrooms, this home is great for families and groups. A monochromatic master houses a soft queen bed, accentuated by dark side tables, and a large framed mirror. The second bedroom houses a mirrored wardrobe, reflecting the natural light into the room over the 2 single beds at your disposal. The bedrooms share a family bathroom, decked in dazzling deep blue tiles, around a luxurious waterfall shower.  
  
Situated in a charming leafy enclave, Bellevue Hill is the gem of Sydney. Restorative parklands are on your doorstep, with Bellevue Park and Cooper Park offering expansive green spaces to jog, picnic or people-watch. The famous cafes and buzzing vibes of Bondi Beach lie within easy reach, and you'll spend hours getting lost amongst the bohemian cafes and boutiques.
