Welcome to Light House, where comfort and convenience meets style and elegance! We are located in North Swindon, with easy access to the M4, A419 and A420. On the edge of the Cotswolds, we are a short walk to the Orbital Shopping Centre. All four bedrooms are large, airy and bright with two en-suite bedrooms, a large family bathroom on the first floor, and a spacious cloakroom on the ground-floor! Free Parking is available on the drive as well as roadside! Enjoy an amazing experience with us!

Light House is set in a quiet street in North Swindon. With four extra large rooms set over three floors, this is a spacious, cozy and comfortable home with a large front and rear garden. There a large kitchen/ diner as well as a supersized living area with reading corner. There is a drive in front of the garage for a single car/van . In addition there is free 24hour on-street parking for guests.
House Rules Please note that flouting of house rules will be reported to your booking channel, and may attract police attention in certain instances.
1. No smoking: We do not permit smoking or vaping in any part of the house. You may smoke outside the house. Smoking or vaping in the house would attract additional penalties.
2. No pets allowed: We do not permit pets in the house. Please do not bring in any animals or pets as we do not permit this.
3. No parties or events: We do not permit the holding or staging of parties, stag dos, hen dos or other such events in the house.
4. Please do not wear your outdoor shoes within the house.
5. Unregistered guests: No extra guests allowed other than the registered number of guests: breach of this rule would attract additional penalties
6. Respect for neighbours: please be considerate with neighbours and reduce noise level. Be considerate when parking your vehicle to enable others to park and drive by safely without being obstructed.
7. Illegal activities: No illegal activities allowed eg use and selling of illicit drugs or ammunition and explosives
8. Lost key fees: Please take good care of keys as lost keys will attract a fee
9. Parking: Guests may park on the Drive in front of the garage, or on the street in front of the building. In the absence of immediately available spaces, guests may park in nearby roadside on the estate. We would recommend bringing your car back on the street in front of the building when space becomes available.
10. No food or drinks in bedrooms: Please do not take food or drinks into the bedrooms
11: Check out/check in times: Check in times are 16:00 UK time, and check out times are 10:00 (am) UK time. If for any reason you need to check in earlier or check out later please request this with the host with at least three day notice. This may attract additional fees.
12. Do the dishes: Please wash cups, bowls and dishes you may use during your stay.
13: Proper waste disposal: please use the provided bins and bin-liners to dispose of waste during your stay.
14: Quiet time: please observe quiet time after 22:00 out of respect for neighbours, keeping noise levels down overnight.
15: Damages and breakages: Please take good care of the property and items in the property. Any damages and breakages would be charged to the guest.
16: Weapons and explosives: Please do not bring weapons and explosives into the property.
17: Switch off: If you turn on items, please turn them off after use. Lock doors when leaving the property.
18. Use of carports and garages: If you require the use of a carport or garage please enquire from the host as soon as possible. This will attract additional fees. Access to carport and garage may be required by the host at all times eg for removal of bins.

1. Security cameras are installed in the external areas for guest security.
2. We have a policy of two weekly cleans; for bookings of 21 days or more there is a mandatory 2 weekly linen change/ clean each at £150.00. This would be requested for, after your initial booking, as Airbnb have not been able to automate extra cleaning charges to reflect duration of stay.
