It was perfectly located with nice views over the marina and pedestrian bridge. Spacious, well equipped. Check in was straightforward. Staff pleasant. We are likely to stay there again.
Superbly clean, well presented accommodation in the centre of a major city.

Ice house apartments
The apartment was ok.
Bedside table broken, bin lid wouldn’t shut.
Hairs in bedroom and bathroom
Floor dusty, needed a good clean!
The worst thing was the noise from the surrounding bars and cafes, booming music all day and most of the evening, couldn’t relax or sit outside
Only issue we came across was that we had no key to secure the patio door.
I realise the appartment was on the 1st floor but for nervous types it might be more of an issue.
That doesnt mean our stay was spoilt in any way and we would definitely like to return one day.

Nice apartment in a great location to walk around and close to restaurants. Was super hot and the mini split a/c kept increasing the temperature so the bedroom was not cool all nights. The guy checking us in did not look pleased that he had to do this and checked his watch to make sure it was 3pm. They also won’t hold luggage. With that said, would stay there again since was a roomy apartment with a view of the canal.
Smashing apartment, clean, spacious and good location.
Be aware that you get the key from the restaurant/bar underneath the apartments… I had no instructions about this booking through hotels.com and had to faff about for a while.
Only complaint was the pillows. The bed was super comfortable and clearly a good decent one. The pillows however were awful. Too thick and very lumpy, most uncomfortable and gave me a stiff neck. I didn’t get much sleep due to this.
For such an expensive bed, it’s a shame that for a very modest additional cost of good pillows, it was spoilt.
For us, the location was perfect and the view lovely. If you are seeking quiet, this isn't the spot for you. The front windows overlook a busy outdoor dining area - we heard "happy birthday" from a large crowd for hours one night. The kitchen window has the trash/recycling under it so you regularly hear very loud crashing noises that way. I knew it was near a restaurant, but didn't realise there would be dozens of people sitting right under the balcony! The bed is very firm and we literally laughed at how HIGH up the mirrored wall is in the bathroom (I'm 5'2 and could only see the top of my head haha - they do provide small mirror near the sink).
With that said, I'd definitely go again. They held onto our bags when we showed up early so we could walk over to the beach. It's an easy getaway from Cardiff and a short walk from the train station.
Excellent location and well set out flat with all facilities. Shout out to Curtis who was so helpful in getting us settled in.
Visit made all the better as we (QPR) won
Apartment was in a quiet spot but within a few minutes walk over the footbridge to the centre of Swansea. Nice views of the marina. Parking was convenient just a couple of minutes away. Would highly recommend.
Apartment was absolutely gorgeous and vey comfortable, only down side was we waited at the property to be let in for at least 20 minutes and only realised we needed to go into the bar next door when a member of staff came out for a cigarette
Lovely bright and clean apartment, balcony to sit outside and take in the view. Check in was in the river house restaurant below the apartment where a lovely lady took us to room 3 and showed us around the apartment. Only stayed one evening, next time will stay longer.
Nothing was to much for the staff tapas was amazing in the restaurant , only thing missing was breakfast.but great kitchen to cook your own . Very central to beach and shopping area and overlooking the marina
Nice place, situated close to bars and restaurants on the harbourside. Compromise is that the bars are very noisy well into the night. Public carpark close by and checkin instructions received were useful otherwise it would have been impossible to find! Clean, tidy place and well presented apartment with everything you need for a couple of nights stay.
Stayed in Apartment 6 which was at the top if the building. Was huge Apartment with an outside terrace. Comfortable bed and good bathroom. Downsides were, the door to the terrace was difficult to close and the only drinking glasses in the kitchen cupboards were 2 wine glasses. Would definitely visit again though.
Frequent travelers - apartment not up to standard.
Our stay started badly,we arrived & it was pouring with rain,we were soaked.Called ice house to see if there was somewhere we could wait as we were 1hour before check in.Told no (as wales were no indoor eating/drinking due to COVID) we travelled 4 hours with a small baby & needed to feed & freshen up baby.We struggled in the car for one hour feeding & nappies.Went to ice house to checkin, they had an outside table area & toilets & facilities we could have used, very disappointing. We walked from the car park with our luggage & no one helped us up 3 flights of stairs with baby, pram & 5 bags.On arrival the apartment looked really nice,we soon realised that it wasn’t the standard you’d expect for their nightly rate. There was a tea tray with only a 3 peppermint bags tea on & brown sugar. After our journey all we wanted was a cup of normal tea!You would expect tea & milk to be provided so you could have a drink before being able to go to the shops.Over the coming day/days numerous issues. There was no glasses, only 2 wine glasses. We bought our food for the wkend, didn’t buy any oil as basic condiments are usually provided in apartments, unable to make our breakfasts properly.Only half a toilet roll given for the WHOLE weekend. No dishwasher tablets or washing machine tablets (be good to provide 2 of each for a wkend).Bin was not emptied all weekend and was now overflowing, not good with crawling baby.Baby found drug canisters down the side of the sofa.Disapointing service & standards!

Always a favourite when visiting Swansea. Central location excellent apartment. Family apartment also a good choice when travelling with a family.
Very comfy and clean apartment, bed particularly nice. Great location. The check in process was not that easy though. I was given no detailed info on exactly where the apartment was or who to speak to or how to check in! Had to guess a little on what to do and eventually went into the restaurant bar at the address I was given and had to ask where the place was before being told I could check in there. It turned out the apartments were above the restaurant and run by the same people. Not exactly obvious. Perhaps the owners could clarify the check in process once booked? Now I know where it is though I’ll probably stay there again.
Fantastic location, above an equally high-quality restaurant and close to several bars, cafes, restaurants; easy walk into town centre and easy to drive out to the countryside of the Gower peninsula. Apartments are really nice and have great views over the marina area. Team who manage the apartments are great, really friendly and helpful. We can't recommend it highly enough!
The property is central for exhibitions museums, shops and cinemas. We walked to all those places via the handy footbridge. There are several nearby car parks and the charge for the nearest was £6 per day. The adjacent restaurant does not open Mon and Tuesday but we ate there Weds and Thurs and the food was excellent.
