Es war uns eine Ehre bei Karl und Anja unseren Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir waren schon so viele Jahre in der Region unterwegs, aber so ein perfektes Häuschen in einer so wunderschönen Lage hatten wir bisher noch nie! Es war Entspannung pur, nicht nur für uns, sondern auch für unsere Hunde. Wir werden diesen atemberaubenden Blick in das Tal und die extreme Ruhe sehr vermissen. Aber genauso werden wir Anja und Karl vermissen. Diese herzliche Gastfreundschaft findet man nur noch selten in diesen verrückten Zeiten. Bleibt so wie ihr seid, dann ist die Welt um zwei Schätze reicher!!!

Super dejligt hus, hvor der er en fantastisk udsigt og hvor roen er balsam for sjælen.
Anja og Karl giver en enestående kundeservice lige fra ankomsten til afrejsen. Huset, beliggenheden og værtsparret fortjener 5 store stjerner.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit herrlichem Ausblick
Schönes Haus in ruhiger Alleinlage. Sehr sauber. Top ausgestattet. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Etwas abenteuerliche Zufahrt zum Haus, dafür aber toller Ausblick.

Vacanza indimenticabile
Sperando di avere a sufficienza abbastanza caratteri, è stata una settimana incantevole!
L’accoglienza e la disponibilità di Karl e Anja sono alquanto familiari.
La casa è un angolo di pace e relax che per chi proviene dalla città... crea dipendenza.
Nella casa non manca nulla è letteralmente una “coccola”!
Al sentiero per raggiungere la casa ci si abitua subito: sembra di entrare in un percorso fatato!
Che dire siamo rientrati da 24 ore e ci manca tantissimo.
Eravamo mio marito, io, mio figlio di 11 anni e le nostre amatissime cagnoline che tra scovare lucertole e correre in questo giardino meraviglioso ne hanno fatto una pelle!
Mio figlio ieri con le lacrime agli occhi non voleva più rientrare a casa
Suvereto e’ un borgo carinissimo.
Mi sovviene solo una parola ovvero “grazie” a Karl ed Anja per averci offerto una vacanza irripetibile.
Un caro saluto a Poggio Banzi

Ausserordentlich! Erholung und Ruhe pur, absolut empfehlenswert!
Wir durften Anfang Juli mit unseren beiden Kindern und Hund eine wunderbar erholsame Urlaubswoche im herrlich ruhigen, abseits des Touristentrubels gelegenen Poggio Banzi verbringen. Die Auffahrt auf dem Schotterweg wirkt anfangs etwas abenteuerlich, man gewöhnt sich jedoch schnell daran, denn der Weg lohnt sich wirklich. Das schnuckelige und äusserst liebevoll eingerichtete, sehr saubere Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, im Gegenteil. Anja und Karl sind unglaublich bemüht um ihre Gäste und haben uns regelrecht verwöhnt, wir mussten uns um fast nichts kümmern. Angefangen von der Abholung im Ort über Essen für den ersten Abend, frisches Obst und reichlich Getränke, es gab frisch gebackenes Brot zwischendurch (sehr sehr lecker, nochmals vielen Dank dafür), das hervorragende selbstgemachte Olivenöl (das mochten sogar unsere Kinder),einen kleinen Kräutergarten mit Tomaten und bis hin zu gratis Bio- Obst und Gemüse bei Anna. Die Klimaanlage im Haus sorgte für angenehme Temperaturen bei der sommerlichen Hitze draussen. Auf den gemütlichen Sonnenliegen auf der Terrasse konnten wir den herrlichen Fernblick und das Zirpen der Zikaden geniessen. In den Wäldern nahe des Hauses kann man auf Wanderwegen die Gegend erkunden, die Strände sind in 20 bis 30 Minuten erreichbar. Anja und Karl sind bei Fragen immer erreichbar und haben uns jede Menge gute Tipps für Ausflüge oder Einkäufe gegeben, und auch unser vierbeiniger Freund war ein willkommener Gast. Alles in allem war dies, obwohl wir leider nur eine Woche da waren, ein wirklich erholsamer Urlaub. Wir können dieses wunderschöne Domizil absolut uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und tun dies auch, vielen Dank an Anja und Karl für diese schöne Zeit auf eurem herrlichen Fleckchen Erde, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
