Clean room, staff were excellent, breakfast option was good and the bar service was excellent. Due to some issues with our superior room , we were upgraded to executive room, ocean view. Oscar was the most helpful and kindest Manager. Jay, Patricia, Sweta in the restaurant were great service and helpful. Definitely will go back.

Lovely spot on the water and place to have breakfast. Perfect lobby area and outlook away from the city. The room was not what I expected for Novotel hotel chains unfortunately. The room i had needed upgrading. Room walls were grubby and bathroom door jammed. Fridge didn't work.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Lami Bay during our time in Fiji. The hotel is in a beautiful waterfront location with stunning views of the bay, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The only downside was that the food and drinks were quite expensive compared to other options nearby. However, the quality was good, and it didn't take away from what was otherwise a fantastic stay. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Novotel Lami Bay and would happily stay there again. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Suva who is looking for a comfortable stay with beautiful waterfront views.

Reception staff are great, friendly, helpful and accomodating, they sure know how to make your guests feel very welcomed so thank you Breakfast cashier assumed our breakfast had to be paid for and i politely asked her to double check with Reception to confirm it was included. But overall it was a pleasant stay.
