Property Summary  
Villa Marijan is a two-story single-family vacation rental property located in Solin, Croatia. It offers an excellent location right in the heart of the city, yet remains quiet and peaceful. The villa boasts a well-kept terraced garden, a private heated swimming pool with a salt-electrolysis cleaning system, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue area. Guests can enjoy modern amenities like internet WiFi, a roof terrace, and a washing machine. Additionally, the property provides parking for up to two cars on the premises.  
  
Outdoors  
The villa features a private, fenced property spanning 120 square meters, which includes a well-maintained terraced garden. One of the highlights is the angular, heated swimming pool measuring 4 x 3 meters and 14 square meters in area, with a depth of 150 cm. The pool is available seasonally from April 10 to October 10 and comes equipped with a salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor shower and a barbecue area perfect for alfresco dining.

The villa offers convenient amenities such as internet access, a roof terrace, and a washing machine for added comfort during your stay. Additionally, the property provides parking spaces for up to two cars on the premises, ensuring a hassle-free experience for those traveling with vehicles.

Villa Marijan is ideally situated in the heart of Solin, Croatia, just 50 meters from the sea and the beach. Guests can easily access a shop and restaurant within a 400-meter radius, providing ample opportunities for dining and shopping. The pebble beach is also conveniently located just 50 meters away, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful Croatian coastline during your vacation rental stay.

Unit Layout  
The 3-room house spans across 165 square meters and is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a living/sleeping room measuring 22 square meters, equipped with two sofa beds (80 cm wide and 200 cm long), satellite TV, air conditioning, and a fan. This room also provides access to the garden and terrace. The kitchen area features four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by a dining table. Additionally, there is a bath/bidet/WC with a corner bath on this level. Moving upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one room measuring 20 square meters with a French bed (160 cm wide and 190 cm long) and air conditioning, and another room with a French bed of the same size and air conditioning. Both rooms have access to the terrace. There is also a shower/WC on the upper floor, and the house is equipped with underfloor heating.  
  
Amenities Included  
The house offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. These include air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, a dishwasher, satellite TV, a heating system, and a television. The maximum capacity of the property is six persons, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms available.
