"Overall it was a pleasant experience. However, the game room was disappointing. One of the reasons we rented this property was for the dartboard and the shuffleboard. Both were a joke and we did not even use them. The smart key also failed, and we had to use the backup lock box for entry. When notifying the company, they said their handyman was 'on the other side of the mountain' and could not fix it. It's a good thing the water heater didn't break or some other emergency."

"We had the worst luck on our vacation. HOWEVER, THIS was a fantastic place to stay! Hands down, the best part of our trip. Perfect for our family (4 adults, 3 kids, 1 dog). Check in was easy, host was very helpful and accommodating, & the house had everything we needed. This will be a trip to remember!"

"Fantastic views of the lake and mountains from the deck and interior! We were there in July and the weather was perfect. Warm, a little rain and mountain breezes to soothe Denverites trying to beat the heatwave. Easy access to the highway and quick drives to towns, and alpine activities. Parking for three vehicles and plenty of garage space for organizing gear for different activities, plus a ping pong table! We grilled and cooked a couple of nights for a group of ten and it had everything we needed (except a roll of foil for the baked potatoes! Just kidding!). A great place to stay in Grand County."
