The house is set on a totally flat block with plenty of parking for the car and boat secure backyard for the kids and dog. The house consists of 3 internal bedrooms 1 king bed 2 single beds and 2 sets of bunks the outdoor studio has a queen bed and futon 2 steps from the main entrance of house. The living area opens out onto a large under cover deck with plenty of seating large tv outdoor speaker and ceiling fans out door kitchen has a BBQ fridge gas smoker and gas pizza oven large stainless steel food prep bench great for the fish also.
