The property was decent. Great distant tothe beach. Pools and a few restaurants. The rooms could use an update. The refrigerator could be better. The cleaning staff could do a better job doing the daily refresh...take the garbage out and replace towels...we should not have to ask for that.

first thing our room the glass door didn't lock !!! the room smell dame. one of the pool the water was so cloudy didn't even want to go in. the outside bar the drinks were more like water!!! the water pressure in our bathroom was very low. garbage in front of the Hotel.

The room had a leaking shower and I informed the front desk. They sent up facility management and tried to fix it 2 days in a row, however still leaking a puddle around the shower and toilet area. They did not once offer anything for my inconvenience. No offer to move my room on the second day. The last night our AC broke, I informed them in the morning and they offered nothing other than a "sorry about that, we will have someone ;look into that ". Not the experience nor the customer service I was expecting.
