Let's begin with $250/night. Nothing in the living area worked. TV, lamp, even the phone was not working. Reported, no one came to check it out. We were there for 2 nights. No breakfast, and to get ice you get a bag at the desk, and use the ice machine in the food mart area by the desk. We were on the 4th floor. No maid service available, you have to use the basket in your room to take the dirty linen down to the desk to get clean linen. I didn't know I was a part of their housekeeping staff. The final straw for me was the last morning I get up, and there was a roach on my cup. I lost it, that was too much for what we were paying per night.

Dreamers BNB is 10/10, we can't wait to stay there again. The property is just gorgeous, very well maintained, with a huge front porch; the historic home has beautifully remodeled and each room is super unique. Quality furnishing, rich textures, and dreamy colors. Excellent location and walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, the riverfront, and a 10 minute uber ride to Greenfield Lake Pavilion for live music. The proprietor, while not always onsite, is easily reached by phone - fastest via text. Code to enter each room - speedy wifi - and, hands down, spotless. The only drawback is parking. Free 1 hour street parking to unload then free street parking on a few nearby streets (proprietor communicates those streets ahead of time), or you can purchase a $30/day permit to park on the street in front of the house.

The night we arrived the lock on the condo didn't work so we had to wait for security to let us in. Maintenance came the next day to fix the lock and said all was good. We realized the next day that the door wasn't locking at all. Maintenance came again and tried to fix it. It worked once and again we had to wait outside in 90 degree heat waiting to be let in. In the condo there was only 2 spoons and 1 fork for us to use, we had to go buy silverware. The kitchen floor was not cleaned well. Cigarette/cigar butts on the balcony and in the screened in porch. During actual check in the associates had little personality other than the Manager, she seemed concerned but admitted they do not get much funding to fix issues.

It was big water bugs in the property. Dead and alive. Also was dead flies on the twin mattresses. The property was very spacious, the showers were not clean and neither were the bathroom sinks or toilets. Over all beautiful property. Just needs better up keep. & a real number to contact the property. 55555 doesn’t work. Parking is also a plus with your own 2 car parking.

Beautiful space and loved being able to walk across the street and being at the beach! Thank you for the complimentary drinks! Could work on better wifi service for laptops although phone connected fine.
